This week’s guest is Preston Bealle. Preston was one of the last bosses I ever had before I went out on my own back in 1998. He taught me much – specifically, he taught me to be a generalist. It never occurred to me that doing so is exactly what allows many of us to master our ADHD.

Preston touches on some very scary topics in this interview, including feeling like a fraud, failures, and raising kids. He also talks about life rules and doing work that excites you. He’s run several companies in completely different areas of business – from tech to bakeries! This is a really interesting episode – I’m thankful to Preston for coming on and sharing a bit of his life with us today!
