_____

This week our guest is Dr. Jennifer Hartstein. Dr. Hartstein is currently in private practice in New York City, specializing in the treatment of high-risk children and adolescents. She is the owner and founder of Hartstein Psychological Services, PLLC, a group psychotherapy practice. Dr. Jen is a psychological contributor for NBC’s The Today Show, a national morning news program. She is a Mental Health Core Expert for The Dr. Oz Show and was the psychological/lifestyle contributor on CBS’ The Early Show. Dr. Jen is the author of Princess Recovery: A How-to Guide to Raising Empowered Girls who Can Create Their Own Happily Ever Afters.

But possibly more importantly, (insert sarcasm emoji here,) Dr. Hartstein is my ex-girlfriend. Jen and I dated for about three years, living together for two of them. She might look all cool on TV, but her biggest challenge, hands down, was living with me. 🙂

This interview is chock full of advice, laughs, and action items you can implement today, whether you have ADHD, or love or live with someone who does.

Enjoy the episode!
